New Virtual Reality Desktop Is Portable
As you may or may not know, you need a high powered computer in order for it to be compatible with virtual reality. Recently, a new gaming computer was released by the UK-based company, Acer. It was created to work with the most recent virtual reality headsets. The computer even cakes with its own suitcase as well.
It’s called the Predator G1 desktop PC and it’s a thinner version of their main seller and is portable. You can buy the suitcase to wheel around the computer or if you’re one of the first 1,000 buyers, then you will receive the rolling suitcase for free along with your Predator G1 desktop.
This is the first gaming desktop that’s able to successfully work with 4 different VR headsets including the Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive.
The majority of gaming computers are very bulky and unable to be moved easily at all. The Predator G1 is much different in that regards to as it’s able to be moved around fairly easily if people want to bring it to friend’s homes for example to play games with multiple people.
It has a 16 litre chassis, powerful processing and a huge 4TB storage ability.
The computer is expected to be released this June and cost about $1,100.
