‘American Idol’ Creator Partners with Pulse Evolution to Create VR Experiences
Simon Fuller is a very successful businessman who created “American Idol” among other shows. He recently announced that he’s co-producing a series of virtual reality experiences utilizing Pulse’s Digital Life technology.
Simon’s company, XIX Entertainment has partnered with Pulse Evolution. Pulse is also the company that created the Tupac Shakur hologram at Coachella in 2012 as well as Michael Jackson’s hologram at the Billboard Music Awards in 2014.
They didn’t disclose the financial details but they did say that Simon is now set to be the largest Pulse shareholder.
Their first project is going to be the digital development of Elvis Presley for a live show that will show Elvis performing in his prime. Simon’s also working on a few other acts as well.

I am very focused on creating some extraordinary music-based properties that can enthrall and captivate audiences around the world. Entertainment will be at the forefront of showcasing this incredible new technology.”
