What VR Content Do People Want?
Futuresource Consulting surveyed 3,000 adult consumers in the U.S. and Western Europe to figure out what type of content people are interested in experiencing or watching with virtual reality.

39% – interested in experiencing or watching virtual reality movies
38% – interested in virtual reality games
27% – interested in virtual reality music and TV
26% – educational content
26% – sports
Senior Analyst at Futuresource Consulting, Adam Cox, said that just 3% of consumers have actually tried virtual reality technology. He added, “This need to be a lot higher if people are going to be persuaded to part with a significant amount of cash.”
